Gate Fee Information: A $10 gate fee will be enforced at the Pasco Sporting Complex and Lawrence Scott Park complexes only but will cover all locations for the entire weekend. Club Coaches (3 per team), Players, Kids 12 and younger, Senior Citizens, and Military are FREE.
Age Cutoff Date: 8/31/2026. The age of a player on August 31, 2026 determines which division they can play in.

Please Note: Graduating Seniors attending this event are eligible for the Kate Austin Scholarship Award. USA Preps, the Washington Angels, and the Austin Family have collectively donated over $30,000 to deserving student-athletes.
Any Senior softball player wishing to be considered should submit a one-page essay about themselves, their softball career, accomplishments, and goals for the future to wangels96@gmail.com. The essays are due by the Wednesday before the tournament. Scholarship recipients are required to be present at the Scholarship Ceremony, which will take place during the event.
